This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases from Auaax. Auaax is a store brand operated by Hangzhou Wuzhizhu E-Commerce Co., Ltd., which is the seller and responsible legal entity.
Return request period
An eligible return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days after the order is shown as delivered. Email support@auaax.com with the order number, reason for the request, and photos or video when relevant.
Authorization and return address
Wait for written authorization and the correct return warehouse address before sending a product. The registered business address is not a returns warehouse. Unauthorized parcels or parcels sent to the registered address may be refused and may not qualify for reimbursement.
Return eligibility
Unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise protected by mandatory law, it must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. Opened or used hygiene-sensitive and food-contact products are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
Gift cards, personalized products, and products clearly marked final sale are not returnable unless applicable law requires otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
Change-of-mind returns
The customer pays the return shipping cost and should use a trackable service. Original shipping charges, import duties, taxes, and carrier fees are not refundable unless required by law. Auaax does not charge a separate restocking fee.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products
Contact us promptly and keep the product and packaging while the issue is reviewed. If we confirm the issue, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy. When an authorized return is required because of a confirmed Auaax or fulfillment error, we will cover reasonable return shipping.
Inspection and refund timing
Authorized returns are inspected after receipt. If approved, the refund is submitted to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the funds.
Order cancellations and changes
Contact us immediately. An order may be cancelled or changed only before processing or fulfillment makes the request impossible. Once dispatched, the order follows the return rules above.
Policy consistency
The same 30-day request period, shipping-cost allocation, cancellation conditions, and refund timing are used in our FAQs and Terms of Service. If wording appears inconsistent, contact us before placing an order.
