This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to purchases from Auaax. Auaax is a store brand operated by Hangzhou Wuzhizhu E-Commerce Co., Ltd., which is the seller and responsible legal entity.
Supported destinations
We ship only to destinations that are available for selection and receive a shipping option at checkout. Availability can vary by product and delivery address. Auaax does not promise delivery to every country or region.
Order processing
Orders are generally prepared within 2–3 business days after successful payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. This processing period is separate from the transit estimates below. Address checks, stock availability, fraud review, and unusually high order volume may require additional time.
Estimated transit time after dispatch
- United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and supported European destinations: usually 2–4 weeks.
- Other supported destinations: usually 2–5 weeks.
Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs review, carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, and remote locations may cause delays.
Shipping charges, duties, and taxes
Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout for the delivery address. Import duties, taxes, customs charges, and carrier handling fees are paid by the customer unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Tracking and split shipments
When tracking is available, it is sent to the order email after dispatch. Tracking may take several business days to show movement. Items from one order may arrive in separate parcels without an additional product charge.
Address changes and cancellations
Review the delivery address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if a correction or cancellation is needed. A change or cancellation is possible only before processing or fulfillment makes it impossible. Costs caused by an inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided address may be charged to the customer.
Lost, damaged, incorrect, or missing deliveries
Email us with the order number and available evidence. Keep the packaging while we review the carrier record. When an issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy under the Return & Refund Policy.
