These Terms of Service govern use of www.auaax.com and purchases made through the Auaax store. The contracting seller, website operator, and responsible legal entity is Hangzhou Wuzhizhu E-Commerce Co., Ltd. Auaax is its store brand. By using the website or placing an order, you accept these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Eligibility and lawful use
You must have legal capacity to place an order and must provide accurate account, contact, delivery, and payment information. You may not interfere with website security, introduce harmful code, misuse or unlawfully scrape the website, commit fraud, or use store content to violate another person’s rights.
Product information
We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, measurements, colors, availability, delivery method, and prices accurately. Screens and normal manufacturing variation can create reasonable differences. If a material error affects an order, we may ask you to accept a correction or cancel and refund the affected product.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. Before fulfillment, we may reject or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or an unsupported destination. Payment collected for a cancelled product will be returned to the original payment method.
Prices, payment, shipping charges, and taxes
The order currency, product price, available payment methods, and shipping charge are shown at checkout. Local authorities or carriers may collect additional duties, taxes, or fees. Shopify and the payment providers displayed at checkout process payments under their own terms.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days. After dispatch, supported major destinations usually take 2–4 weeks and other supported destinations usually take 2–5 weeks. Processing is separate from transit time, and estimates are not guarantees. The Shipping & Delivery Policy contains the complete destinations, cost, tracking, address-change, and delay terms and forms part of these Terms.
Returns, refunds, cancellations, and changes
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products receive an appropriate remedy. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. An order may be cancelled or changed only before processing or fulfillment makes it impossible. The Return & Refund Policy contains the full conditions and forms part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
Auaax branding, page design, text, graphics, and other store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit store content without permission or another lawful basis.
Third-party services and links
The store relies on Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment partners, carriers, analytics services, advertising providers, and customer-support tools. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. A link does not mean that Auaax controls or guarantees a third-party service.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Hangzhou Wuzhizhu E-Commerce Co., Ltd. is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control. Liability, remedies, and consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains the categories and purposes of processing, service providers, cookies, retention, international processing, user rights, opt-out methods, and contact details. It forms part of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms when law, operations, or services change. The effective and last-updated date appears above. Terms for an existing order will not be changed retroactively to remove mandatory rights.
Governing law
These Terms and related claims are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without applying conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law in the customer’s location applies.

The registered business address is the company registration address. It is not a returns warehouse. Customers must obtain the authorized return address before sending a parcel.
